RPG Maker 2003 Released in Japan!
The fabled RM2K3 has finally been released in Japan meaning that the English version will be on it's way soon. There is a lot of fuss over whether we need it or not. I personally think that it would be better because it has a new battle system (a side-view one I think). For more "Great News" on RM2K3, see Don's Site.

Sim RPG Maker
There is another RPG Maker, called Sim RPG Maker 95+. I know it's supposed to be pants but I would like to try something on it. If anyone knows where I can get it, please say in the message boards.

RPG Maker 2003
As the days pass by RPG Maker 2003 (RM2K3) draws ever closer to England and America. The new battle system is a side-view based battle system like many of our own CBS. It is a big improvement over RM2K's battle system.

Foreign Sites
It is really worth the effort to try and navigate through some of the foreign RM2K sites. I was looking for some Zelda 3 chips the other day when I came across this French site, I forgot what's it's called but I downloaded their game. Not only are the graphics good for my game but the game itself plays well. The writing is in French but it isn't that hard to find out where to go. It uses an amazing Zelda Style CBS, the timing's a little off but at least it works. The hearts that are Link's life are also part of the game, with a CMS to top it all off. There's only one problem with this game; you can't open it up in RM2K! Until I find the site again, The Legend of Zelda: Mystery of Solarus is unavailable to those who don't look for it themselves (*I found the site on Google, which also translated the site for me).
